Shipping Policy

At Studio Nadee, our collection features a mix of ready-to-ship physical inventory and custom made-to-order pieces fulfilled by our production partners.

If your order contains a mix of both items, they may be shipped separately. You will receive tracking details for each package as it dispatches.

Production & Processing Times

  • In-Stock Inventory: Processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days.

  • Made-to-Order Items: Please allow 3–5 business days for production before these items are dispatched.

Shipping Rates
We charge flat-rate shipping based on your location:

  • Netherlands: €5.95
  • European Union: €12.95
  • North America (US & Canada): €19.50

Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been produced and dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Netherlands: 1–3 business days
  • European Union: 3–8 business days
  • North America: 7–14 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10–21 business days

Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Tracking availability depends on the shipping method and destination — not all orders include a tracking number.

Customs & Import Duties
For orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Delays
Studio Nadee is not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
